L. Rick Sutton, Broker/Auctioneer
Rick is a graduate of Nashville Auction School and Eastern Kentucky
University with a Bachelors Degree in Agriculture and Business. A licensed
auctioneer since 1985, he was the 1989 KAA Kentucky Champion Auctioneer Jr.
Division, 2001 KAA Reserve Champion, was a top five finalist at the 1995, 2000
and 2001 Kentucky Auctioneer Championship. He has attended both national and
state seminars on the auction method of marketing and has worked with such
firms as Sotheby's of New York and works as a bid caller for numerous firms
in Kentucky, Indiana and Wisconsin.

Mike Curtis, Broker/Auctioneer
Mike has 14 years experience in the Real Estate and Auction Market. He
is a graduate of A-Pass Weikel Auctioneer School and of Missouri Auctioneer
School. Mike is also a developer in the surrounding 5 county area giving
him vast knowledge of the property value in those areas.

Sandy Statom, Broker/Apprentice Auctioneer
Sandy has 16 years experience in the Real Estate and Auction market. She is a
graduate of A-Pass Weikel Auctioneer School. Sandy is the Principal Broker
at ERA Team Realtors giving her an unmatched knowledge of property values.
Sandy is a Full Time Agent with the ability to market your property to its
fullest extent.
